The Tampa Bay Video Awards Program recognizes the work of students, professionals and non-professionals in video production in various categories. Criteria includes, but is not limited to: Suitability, Artistic and Technical Merit, Lighting, Audio, Graphics, Execution and Editing. Listed are the top three entries in each category. Winners were not named in categories that received less than two submissions. However, because some entries in those categories were outstanding, the judges selected them for Rising Star Awards.
JUDGES: Karl Hill, Professor of Communications, University of Tampa; Art Keeble, Executive Director, Arts Council of Hillsborough County; and Lindsey Norris, Tampa Bay Film Commission Manager
The mission of Speak Up Tampa Bay Public Access Television, Inc., a 501[c][3] non-profit, is to: [1] serve as a catalyst for citizen participation in identifying and solving Bay area issues; and [2] provide the community with a means to disseminate information.
